Responsible Electronics Recycling and Secure Data Protection
When we collect your electronics, our responsibility doesn't end at pickup. Each item is evaluated to determine whether it is suitable for reuse, repurposing, donation, or recycling. Equipment designated for recycling is transferred to an independent, licensed Maine DEP-certified downstream recycler Maine DEP ID: MED086884640, which performs the required recycling in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.
Your Personal Information Shouldn't Outlive Your Hardware.
Protecting your personal and business information is a responsibility we take seriously. Devices containing sensitive data are handled in accordance with established data security procedures, including secure data wiping, verification, and, when appropriate, physical destruction of storage media.
Before equipment is approved for, donation, or reuse, data-bearing components undergo appropriate data sanitization and verification procedures. Storage media that cannot be successfully sanitized is removed from reuse and directed for physical destruction.
